• Due Today: Agenda Check (students get 5 points for keeping up with the agenda), notebook guidelines signed.
• Warm up #1: Name 2 branches of science, and if you can, define what they study.
• Decorate Notebook covers (Note- we ran out of laminating sheets on Friday, so I kept some notebooks over the weekend)

• Homework: Extra Credit Challenge! What is the strongest synthetic substance? It has been recently discovered, and has caused scientists to reconsider the "Space Elevator" concept! Bring in an article or the answer on a note signed by your parent for +5 Extra Credit!
